Foam extinguishing agent 3%AFFF (Aqueous film forming (light water) foam extinguishing agent model AFFF-3) environment-based aqueous film-forming foam fire-extinguishing foam, a new and efficient type with 12 years of shelf life, is made up of fluorin surfactant, carbon hydrogen surfactant, solvent and stabilizer. In addition to the features of fluorin-protein fire-extinguishing foam, it can form a layer of aqueous film on the surface of hydrocarbon substances to resist evaporation, and extinguishes fire quickly by the dual action of foam and aqueous film. It is mainly used for extinguishing fire on water insolvable substances such as petroleum and related products, not on water solvable substances such as alcohol, aether, aldehyde and ketone, and is applicable to fixed extinguishing devices in the extensive oil fields, oil tanks, oil tankers and aeroshed, as well as movable or portable extinguishing device. There are two mixture ratios to freshwater or seawater by volume: 3:97 for 3%AFFF.
